[ . . . y e a h? Maybe this time he will fall asleep wherever and wake up on a couch or the floor. That's what he'll possibly get if he'll call her his roommate. ]
Not really. I had other things to do.
[She really did, even if she had all the time to wait for Jean while she was busy with other things but she could have been in bed by now if she had wanted to sleep. So it's fine.]
Do you want anything? Food?
[Aren't people usually hungry when they are tipsy or drunk or whatever? Not like Mikasa would know from her own experience. Oh and by the way, Jean? That's an oddly soft, warm and gentle smile from a roommate, who is also reaching out to him to do-- whatever a "roommate" would do at this point. (Spoilers: it's a hug, but of course he is free to think it's something else or nothing.)]
[Good news is that Jean has discovered a new side of his tipsy/drunkself, which is that he gets really hug-starved, so he doesn't even think twice about hugging Mikasa. The warmth of her smile does make him blush a little, but otherwise he's just happy to be hugging.]
Mmmhh.... maybe a sandwhich or something.
[At some point, at least. For now he's satisfied with just clinging.]
Mikasa, I... really, really love you.
[He didn't say like! He could have said like. But he said love because he does. A lot. So much.]
[These cuddles are amazing, perfect, just what he wanted. Perfect place to be. He doesn't even feel embarrassed at his very extempore confession, like this.
But then Mikasa says it back and Jean's eyes widen and he looks at her, like a deer caught in headlights.]
Really? [He sounds so shocked and he's blushing, though that could very well be cause he's drunk.]
But why? A guy like me... I don't deserve your love.

Mmm, I'll make that to you later.
[Maybe if he'll still want it. She's way too busy hugging him right now to be doing anything else.]
I really, really love you too, Jean.
[Cuddling closer again!]
